Direcionamento do sistema radicular da mandioca cultivada em fileiras duplas - 1(1):67-69

Se dan los resultados de un expt. llevado a cabo en el Centro Nacional de Pesquisa de Mandioca e Fruticultura (Cruz das Almas, BA, Brasil) con yuca cv. BGM-001 Aipim Bravo, sobre la orientacion del sistema radical de yuca cultivada en hileras dobles. Entre las dobles hileras de yuca se sembro batata. Los datos sobre el rendimiento total de raices y el rendimiento de raices entre las hileras dobles, dentro de las hileras dobles, debajo de la estaca, y al extremo de la estaca semilla muestran que las raices crecen en cantidades mas grandes entre las hileras dobles. (RA-CIAT) Results are given of an expt. on the orientation of the root system of cassava grown in double rows, conducted at the Centro Nacional de Pesquisa de Mandioca e Fruticultura (Cruz das Almas, BA, Brazil) with the cv. BGM-001 Aipim Bravo. Sweet potato was planted in between the double rows of cassava. Data on the total root yield and the root yield between double rows, within double rows, below the cutting, and at the end of the seed cutting show that roots grow in larger quantities between the double rows.
