Summary, etc	Se presentan los resultados preliminares obtenidos en la evaluacion del comportamiento de leguminosas forrajeras en las diferentes areas ecologicas de jurisdiccion de la Estacion Exptl. Agropecuaria Mercedes (Corrientes, Argentina). La evaluacion se realizo mediante rangueo visual de las parcelas de parametros, tanto agronomicos (vigor de germinacion, vigor de crecimiento, densidad, resistencia a factores adversos, plagas y enfermedades, rebrote, resiembra, persistencia y productividad; este ultimo expresado en kg de MS/ha), como fenologicos (inicio de floracion, inicio de fructificacion y produccion de semillas). Se destacaron en las diferentes areas ecologicas las siguientes leguminosas forrajeras estivales: Lotononis bainesii, Phaseolus adenanthus, Desmodium intortum, Macroptilium atropurpureum, Leucaena leucocephala, Macroptilium lathyroides, Galactia striata, Centrosema virginianum, Phaseolus erythroloma y Neonotonia wightii. Entre las leguminosas forrajeras invernales, las mismas se destacan en las areas ecologicas situadas al sur de la Provincia de Corrientes, son ellas: Trifolium repens, Lotus corniculatus y Medicago polymorpha. Se discuten las causas probables de la falta de adaptacion de este grupo de leguminosas. (RA)
