En las estaciones experimentales de Goiana y Anapolis en Goias (Brasil), se estudio la respuesta de 2 variedades de soya y frijol a las aplicaciones de NPK, en un latosol rojo oscuro. Los resultados indican que el P afecta significativamente la produccion tanto de soya como de frijol. En cuanto a las variedades de frijol Rico 23 produjo mas que la variedad Costa Rica en Anapolis. Para determinar cuales fueron las tasas de aplicacion economicamente factibles, se desarrollo una tabla relacionando la produccion y el precio de los fertilizantes. (RA-CIAT) |

The response of 2 varieties each of soybeans and dry beans to applications of NPK on a dark red latosol was studied at the experimental stations of Goiania and Anapolis in Goias (Brazil). Results indicated that P significantly affected both soybean and dry bean production. As regards the bean varieties, Rico 23 outyielded Costa Rica at Anapolis. A table relating product and fertilizer prices was developed for determining which rates of application were economically feasible. (AS-CIAT) |
