The study of the indicators such as: bulk diameter (D), alive tiller number (Vv), dead tiller number (Vm), length and large of the leaf (Lh and Ah) and bulk number/m(2) (Nm) as well as, to establish it's role and relations (Vv + Vm = Vt, Vv/D, Vv/m(2), Vm/D, Vm/m(2), Vt/D, Vt/m(2) and Vv/Vm) upon the structural and morphological variations was carried out on a Andropogon gayanus CIAT-621 pasture exploted under an intensive rotational management system. The increasing rate of Vv, in 21 rotations, was 6 times superior to Vm (5,61 vs 0,92). Also was an increment in D (0,53) and Nm (0,025), but not Lh and Ah which, showed a light decrease (0,46 and 0,055 respectively). The structural and morphological variability was high (89,1 percent) and the component related with the pasture stability had greater role when compared with the pasture inestability (42,9 vs 24,1 percent). It is concluded that under these conditions A gayanus CIAT-621 was able to resist high instantaneous stocking rates without damages in its structural and morphological indicators; on the other hand, there was a high expression of the structural and morphological variability where the higher value was identified with the pasture stability. It was produced a discret but progressive increment of plant population. It is recommended to explot A. gayanus CIAT-621 in similar conditions because depauperation of pasture will not expected, as well as. to determine and quantity the magnitude and moment in which structural and morphological changes could be produced eng
