Relationship of leaf parameters with genetic ozone insensitivity in selected Phaseolus vulgaris cultivars

Los genotipos sensibles al O3 respondieron a 40 ppcm de O3 con un cierre estomatico similar o mayor que los genotipos mas insensibles, indicando que el cierre estomatico no era un mecanismo primordial para la insensibilidad al O3 entre los cv. evaluados. O3-sensitive genotypes responded to 40 pphm O3 with similar or greater stomatal closure than the more insensitive genotypes, indicating that stomatal closure was not a primary mechanism for O3 insensitivity among the cv. evaluated.
