Effects of intercropping maize or sorghum with cowpeas, pigeon peas or beans

Al intercalar maiz (T1) o sorgo (T2) con frijol lima, caupi o frijol se produce una reduccion en los indices de area foliar, rendimiento de peso fresco en el momento de la antesis, rendimiento de rastrojo en la cosecha y rendimiento de semilla en los cereales. En T2, el frijol lima y caupi tuvieron un efecto adverso mayor sobre el rendimiento de semilla que el frijol; erpo en T1, el frijol y el caupi tuvieron un efecto mas adverso sobre el rendimiento de semilla que el frijol lima.
