Se aplico a las plantas una solucion nutritiva comercial y se practico subirrigacion automatica a intervalos diferentes. Los rendimientos obtenidos bajo estas condiciones fueron superiores a 6.000 kg/ha para las 2 variedades. Es posible que con mejores practicas de manejo se puedan incrementar los rendimientos.
