Charlevoix were analyzed using equations described previously and response surfaces for photosynthesis at 1.5 percent O2 and saturating CO2 levels, as related to leaf temp and light intensity, were eliminated. The equations developed were an adequate description of photosynthesis under the above conditions, whereas derivatives of the Michaelis-Menten equation were unsatisfactory. (Field Crop Abstracts)
